I’m a personal chef specializing in nourishing, seasonal cooking that supports whole‑body wellness. With over a decade of culinary experience and a growing foundation in nutrition science, I help individuals and families feel more grounded, supported, and well‑fed in their daily lives. Beginning in summer 2026, I will be relocating from the Berkshires to the Northampton/Amherst area as I begin my studies at UMass Amherst, and I look forward to serving clients throughout the Pioneer Valley. *Serving Berkshire County through June 2026*

My culinary career began in New York City after graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2013. Training in fine‑dining kitchens taught me precision, discipline, and a deep respect for high‑quality ingredients—skills that continue to shape my approach to food. In 2016, I transitioned into private chef work to focus on what matters most to me: creating meals that are both nourishing and meaningful, tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.

Over the years, I’ve seen how thoughtful, nutrient‑dense meals can transform a household—helping children explore new foods, easing the stress of busy families, and supporting people through changing health needs. My work is grounded in practicality and sustainability: cost‑effective grocery planning, organized cooking systems, and meals that make healthy eating feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

After relocating to the Berkshires in 2024, I began studying health sciences and nutrition with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. This next chapter allows me to blend culinary creativity with evidence‑based guidance, supporting clients not only through the meals I prepare but through a deeper understanding of how nutrition shapes lifelong health.

As I prepare to join the UMass Amherst community and expand my services to Northampton, Amherst, and the surrounding towns, my mission remains simple: to offer care, clarity, and delicious food that helps people feel nourished, balanced, and supported.

Understanding my clients on a personal level, is essential for the partnership and most importantly, the client’s success. I have experience collaborating with doctors, health and fitness professionals to curate meal-prep programs that accommodate an array of dietary guidelines.

As your Personal Chef I will:
- work with you to achieve your health and nutrition goals
- personal menu planning
- grocery shopping
- cook in your home and neatly place the labeled food containers in your refrigerator, with reheat instructions

The Berkshires has endless exciting things to offer. One of my favorite hobbies is to explore the markets and local farms. I enjoy learning from the farmers about their commitment to healthy farming and environmental sustainability. It's a dream to be able to use these beautiful, local ingredients in my meals.
