I’m a personal chef serving Amherst, Northampton, and the Pioneer Valley, specializing in nourishing, seasonal cooking that supports whole‑body wellness. With over a decade of culinary experience and a growing foundation in nutrition science, I help individuals and families feel grounded, supported, and well‑fed in their daily lives.

My career began in New York City after graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2013, where fine‑dining kitchens taught me precision, discipline, and a deep respect for high‑quality ingredients. Since moving into private chef work, I’ve focused on creating meals that are both meaningful and practical—nutrient‑dense dishes tailored to each client’s needs, along with organized systems that make healthy eating feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

After relocating to Western Massachusetts, I began studying health sciences and nutrition with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. As I join the UMass Amherst community as a nutrition student, I’m excited to blend culinary creativity with evidence‑based guidance, offering clients wellness‑focused, seasonal meals that support their health, routines, and families.

My mission is simple: to bring care, clarity, and delicious food to the people I serve—helping them feel nourished, balanced, and supported every day.
